Dr. Harvin was born and raised in Goldsboro, NC. Dr. Harvin graduated medical school at East Carolina University, Brody School of Medicine. He completed his internship and residency in internal medicine at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston. Dr. Harvin completed a three year fellowship in Gastroenterology and Hepatology during which time he received advanced training in endoscopic techniques. Dr. Harvin is Board Certified in both Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology.
